2nd visit felt much better after first than after 4 with chiropracter,very professional,extremely knowledgable,would have no hesitation in recommending this sevice,absolutely fist class.

I'm a 67yr old unfit Granny with various arthritic aches and pains but more recently suffering with painful neck and shoulders. My daughter made the appointment with Jamie for me for which I will always be grateful. I knew I needed to get some help and advice in order to be kind to myself and my aching body. Jamie's friendly and firm approach is very reassuring and you know instantly you're in good hands. My one hour consultation and treatment was brilliant . Jamies 'wonderful' massage instantly helped relieve my neck and shoulder pains and more importantly she armed me with lots of advice to help me improve and correct my posture and strengthen my body . To date - one month following Jamie's advice I am feeling definite improvement and hoping this will be ongoing as I continue with my new exercise regime .......Thanks Jamie!
