Best sports massage/treatment for my shoulder and back. Really felt the difference in movement in my shoulders. Being a gym fanatic and juggling being a busy mum and working means i probably stress my body out but jaime has been fantastic at sorting my shoulders n back. Would recommend jaime highly for any sports related injuries or tension.

This was my first ever visit to this type of therapy hence I was extremely nervous. Jamie was fantastic and made me feel comfortable and relaxed, explaining everything clearly to me. She was amazing - even though some of the treatment could be a bit painful, I thoroughly enjoyed it and could feel the benefit immediately. I will certainly recommend her to my friends.
