I have done few different methods of hair extensions and liked the idea of mini rings as gluing and sawing wasn't my style. After 6 months my hair continue to grow and doesn't feel ruined compare to hot keratin ! I am sticking with Iva she is prompt and always in touch checking up if all is good with my hair.
Thank so much for fitting me in at such short notice. You are a star! I love my new hair, highly recommended.
I don't usually write reviews, however I feel the need to in this case. I had my hair extensions done by Iva last week, I arrived 45 minutes early and therefore had to wait as Iva was with another client, but she was still very attentive, making me herbal tea and including me in the conversations. Lovely girl! I am extremely happy with the service I received. The attention to detail, this girl loves what she does! Reading previous comments, I can see why Iva kept asking me if I was 100% happy. Darling I'm a 38 year old grown woman, I know what I want and when I want it! There will be no confusion on my part! I have had hair extensions done for a number of years now in numerous locations. Iva is definitely the cream of the crop!
I decided to try Iva's extensions due to amazing reviews. But I am not sure in my case what went wrong. Iva is so lovely and very flexiable. But I had a bad colour match (not what I expected even I showed picture what I would like to look like it) My hair is quite thin,fine and short so the hair she did put in just "hang there" . Maybe less hair and different type. I was in agony for 2days I thought it will rip my own hair out then I jad it removed.So I would be aware of this type of extensions if u have a frigile fine hair. Also when I texted her I am not happy is not what I have been told she just said sorry it didnt work out for you. So I just wasted few hundered pounds.
Iva fitted my extensions in about 8 weeks ago, everything is still in place. I am delighted with extensions, the colour was a perfect match to my hair. Iva explained the whole process in details as well as the aftercare ( I was quite nervous as it was my first time getting extensions done and therefore I had quite a lot of questions). She was very friendly and made me feel comfortable.
Would recommend to anyone who wants good quality extensions fitted.
