hema did a good job with my post lockdown brows, happy with the shape. the salon itself is quite small and run down, the sign outside needs repair. my appointment was later in the day, on the first day of reopening, and the beautician being the only staff member there was understandably running a bit late. there were a lot of customers waiting for brows and tanning building up with walk-ins passing through aswell. i did not feel very comfortable with how busy it was getting inside.

I say it every time but Hema is THE best in London, probably anywhere. I've moved miles from the salon but travel across London to get my brows and lashes done by Hema. She does them perfect everytime and I won't go to anyone else!
Also, she is really conscientious and practicing very safely in light of CV19. You can trust that you'll have a safe experience at the salon.
