Hema is very friendly and my wax is good.
Unfortunately, the salon is extremely filthy, not looked after.
Since they weren't operating for a few months, due to Covid19, they could have cleaned a bit. Hygiene is very important for me, I felt like leaving immediately but I stayed since I wanted to get my wax done.
A few clients inside were not wearing masks and this made me feel quite uncomfortable in such a small space.
Don't think I will return.

I love my trips to Tantastic to see Hema so much. At 7.5months pregnant I'm still willing to travel across London just to get my brows and lashes done by Hema. She is THE BEST - as one of my close friends said, she basically moved back to North London so she could start going to Hema again! No one else compares and she has, as always, done an excellent job.
