The treatment was lovely and relaxing, my skin looked instantly amazing, I felt revitalised and glowed for the rest of the day. But the staff could have been friendlier, in my opinion. There was no friendly greeting when I walked in. The therapist was sweet, but the other lady, the receptionist behind the desk could have been friendlier and warmer. And when I was finished, I just paid and left, that was it, there was no follow-up, no: "How was it?" or "Would you like to book another appointment?" Nothing like that at all. I just paid and left, its like no-one cared whether I came back or not. And the receptionist, whilst dealing with my transaction kept on chatting to another customer throughout, multitasking and didn't give me her full attention. I would go back for the treatment, but not for the service. Shame.

My pedicure treatment was very nice the service was spot on. The assistance was very friendly and she made my feet look good and I received a good afterwards which was unexpected but nice.
