I booked the 60 min facial treatment which actually only lasted for 40 mins. You have an option of 3 different types of facials when you book the treatment but my experience included nothing specific for either of the choices. The lady who did the facial was nice but the other staff member was quite rude and totally un-welcoming as you enter the salon. I would definitely not return to this salon.

The treatment was lovely and relaxing, my skin looked instantly amazing, I felt revitalised and glowed for the rest of the day. But the staff could have been friendlier, in my opinion. There was no friendly greeting when I walked in. The therapist was sweet, but the other lady, the receptionist behind the desk could have been friendlier and warmer. And when I was finished, I just paid and left, that was it, there was no follow-up, no: "How was it?" or "Would you like to book another appointment?" Nothing like that at all. I just paid and left, its like no-one cared whether I came back or not. And the receptionist, whilst dealing with my transaction kept on chatting to another customer throughout, multitasking and didn't give me her full attention. I would go back for the treatment, but not for the service. Shame.
