Arrived for my appointment right on time at 11:40am and shop was totally closed. No one had bothered to get in touch and still haven't heard anything hours later. How rude and unprofessional!

Very painful hollywood, strip wax. Skin irritated for days. I'm used to waxing and regular hollywoods (every 3-4 weeks) this was by far the most painful treatment I've experienced, having tried several venues around London. Yes the price is exceptionally cheap but not worth the pain. However, the staff is nice.

One of the worst waxes I've ever had - I don't understand how she managed to make it hurt so much. I have had many waxes in numerous countries and it never hurt like this. Maybe it's the wax they use? I don't know but it was surreal, not only did the waxing hurt, it was also burning hot. I usually go to a different cheaper place but wanted to try this one because it is closer to where I live. Big mistake. Terrible value for money
