I asked to switch to warm wax for the Hollywood waxing after I realised the process was more painful than usual, but the beautician either didn't understand or agree with my request and continued with cold wax and strips - my skin ended up damaged!

The room was small and too hot when I arrived and too cold after the air conditioned. The quality of wax was a bit under the average, I am sorry to say that. I think I don't want to go there anymore.

Absolutely disgusting. I have been coming to this salon every month for two years and never ever I have I left to then go home and cry. My eyebrows are completely ruined!! It took me a whole year to correct them from another salon mistake and now that same mistake has been done again. The waxing was terrible the beautician wasn't really interested, she never wore gloves when doing my hollywood nor was she gentle. Plus because she was on her own she kept listening out for the door which is fine but what isn't fine is the fact she never securely closed the treatment room door and when she did go out to check she would open the door widely and carelessly bare in mind from the waste down I am naked so I felt hugely violated especially knowing men come in and out of the salon for sun beds!!! It was the worst experience I have ever had, I am HIGHLY disappointed and I doubt I will return again. Unless they were to bring back my usual beautician. If not then I will no longer be using their services, they really need to think about who they employ and stop constantly changing beauticians.
