When I got home, I realised she had missed cutting two chunks of my hair so I had to sort it myself. I had been warned that my sons crying may make my hair bad. I went back a week later to get my nails done and it wa a disaster. The choice of colours for shellac nails was very very limited - less than 10, the lady read the instructions from a sheet (and still really messed up my nails), the polish used was NOT the proper shellac polish, the lady was not concentrating on what she was doing and filed a big chunk of my little fingernail off to the skin - it has been very sore since, she did not even bother to wipe the blood away before putting the varnish on, leaving a blotch under the polish!!! There is a lot of polish left around the nail (I could do a tidier job myself), I had made an effort to grow my bails long and she filed them all off without asking which upset me, a large section of my thumb was missed and when I mentioned it, this only got one coat. After 24 hours one finger is peeling off, my friend saw my nails and commented how she could have done a better job. I feel conned
