This was my teenage daughter’s first time going on her own to the hairdresser so she was a little nervous. The Ishi staff made her feel very welcome and put her completely at ease. She felt thoroughly pampered and was thrilled with the end result.

Excellent first appointment with Hayley. She really listened to what I wanted and had plenty of advice to share.
I was so happy with the cut and blow dry I rebooked for lowlights. These were done yesterday and I’m delighted.

I thought it was a lovely hair salon...I was a little early and offered refreshments if I wanted..Hayley was lovely, pleasant and chatty and I was delighted with my wash/blowdry. I definitely would return again, and recommend

Hair cut was great but the salon was not clean, hair everywhere and no attempt to clean it up. I had a morning appointment so surely at the end of the day the place is swept? Hair all over the chairs and floor and hairdressers tools were also uncleaned/not sanitised. Hopefully this was a one off.
