Really disappointing experience. I booked through Treatwell for my graduation day, only to arrive and be told my appointment wasn't on the salon's system. The staff said this "happens with Treatwell all the time," which is concerning in itself. If that's a known issue, there should be a clear disclaimer or a process in place to prevent customers from being left stranded. Instead of the one-hour appointment I had booked and paid for, I was given a rushed 20-minute blow-dry that was nowhere near
