I asked the hairdresser who was going to do my wash and cut if she does European hair. She said yes. I wanted a couple of inches off at the back and layers in front. A pleasant lady, nice hair wash but she had no clue how to handle European hair, let alone cutting it. A complete waste of money. If you are looking for a salon that's honest with their customers, then avoid this one.

Lovely staff, as always. Sad to hear my favourite technician is leaving but I'm sure I'll be happy getting to know different technicians in the future. Also used the tanning facilities this time around - I'll be back.
