I left quite disappointed with my haircut - for some reason I was given a fringe at the last minute which I didn't ask for. I had to run into another local hair dressers to get them to feather it and sort it out as it just looked like a large lump of my hair was missing! It's a shame because the staff were so lovely and the rest of my hair cut was great. It was just at the last minute I was given an unwanted fringe which I paid extra to get fixed and now have to grow out :( If it wasn't for the unexpected, last minute fringe I would have rated 4.
