Sadly, this wasn’t a good experience. I requested a light-pressure facial, but the therapist was very rough throughout. I was left with broken capillaries on my nose, which has never happened before despite regularly having the same treatment elsewhere. The pressure around my eyes was also very uncomfortable. I’m giving 2 stars because I’ve had other good treatments here, but I wouldn’t recommend this facial therapist.
