Overall, the roots came out too dark.
So not exactly the outcome I wished for. There was a few customers who got served whilst the colour on my hair was developing which was fine but I ended up waiting quite a bit longer than I should have which I believe might have contributed to the final outcome. I wanted to go with a lighter colour but the lady made a decision to go with a shade darker which I agreed to thinking she knew more about matching colours. It seems I made a mistake.
