Beatrice was very good, very professional & adapted the treatment to suit my needs. My only worry was that the towels didn't feel particularly clean.The treatment room is in an office building so there's little or no ambience. I understand they'll be moving in the near future.

Both treatments were brilliant and relaxing. The pressure during the massage was spot on, Beatrice was lovely- professional and calm so you felt like you were in good hands. I felt very relaxed and refreshed and my aching back and shoulders were much better. The next day I attended an event and had lots of compliments on how glowing I looked which I can only assume was the facial stimulation as I was still tired from a stressful working week!
Just one tiny thing I would say would improve the whole experience- the massage table where there wasn't any towel covering it was quite sticky material, which meant when a bare foot was against it was a little uncomfortable later into the massage, I would recommend perhaps more towels or a larger towel covering the whole surface area.
I would definitely buy this package again, hopefully very soon!
