Been here several times; staff always friendly and professional, and do a great job. Fast and one of the most painless waxes I've had. Waxing treatments rooms are in the basement of a Victoria terrace, so it's quirky, with essential oil smells and relaxing music. It's the place in Kensington that I keep coming back to.
