Eliana was a amazing at delivering the Caci treatment. She's professional, polite, attentive, friendly and always with a smile. Seeing that I didn't have such a great Caci experience at another salon, she reassured and put me at ease throughout each step of the treatment. The salon is very clean and the treatment was relaxing. I like the fact that she would recommend products that are suitable for my skin but she wasn't pushy about it. That's quite refreshing. I would definitely be returning (:

All good. I was on the phone for most of the treatment and the lady was discreet and efficient. The upper leg could have been closer to the bikini line, I only noticed it when I got home, but I guess it was due to the underwear (boxer briefs) I was wearing...
