The nail therapist Mimi, used an abrasive buffer so aggressively on my nails that she caused a graze on my skin, then did not say anything - until I said this is now left a graze. She was rough, dismissive and not very nice to me frankly until she had already hurt me then she was a bit nicer afterwards. Not good enough, also when I got home I realised that one of my hands had not been double coated with the gel - super disappointing! I won’t be back.
