I had a negative experience at Imenio Beuty. The beautician was rather rude and bruised me on my skin during the appointment due to her technique. I was also unimpressed with the way the salon treated the refund - I have still not received. I won’t be going back which is a shame, as I really thought it would have been a positive experience
