This spa is beautifully decorated, very tranquil surroundings, everywhere is extremely clean. We were supplied with gorgeous fluffy robes, towels and slippers. Endless supply of mineral drinks which we could help ourselves to throughout our visit. Showers and toilets were tiptop and v. clean throughout. Toiletries and hairdryer supplied. Changing romms extremely clean.Hydrotherapypool, sauna and steam room and mineral room were fab. Heated loungers were so relaxing almost went off to sleep.Staff were extremely couteous, helpful and attentive. ESpecially Kayleigh who was assigned to us. Also Victoria was when I rang to book another visit at their spa who I am going with another friend for her birthday treat.
Can not wait to visit again as this was truly a fabulous experience.
Gorgeous hotel, great decor. The spa is lush, the only problem is that there is no swimming pool. There is a small pool with jacuzzi and water massage, which is lovely, but I was looking forward to swimming a few lengths... Everything is beautiful, nice sauna, mineral room and steam room. They have 3 heated loungers, but we had to wait for quite a bit to be able to use them as there is no limit and people tend to hog them. Perhaps they should put up a note to say 'at busy times please restrict use of chair for 20 mins maximum'. The staff was really friendly and helpful, and we bought some fab make up.
Nice showers and toilets, everything looked new and was clean throughout. We had a great time and will probably go again.
The Imagine spa was lovely and relaxing, I especially enjoyed my 30 minute Hot Stone massage. The facilities were 5* and the staff were attentive and professional. All in all I would definitely go back.
I took my 17 year old daughter as a treatment. This was my daughter's first time at this spa. What a disappointment! We were the only people there. No atmosphere at all. The hydrotherapy pool was cold. The steam room was not very hot. No magazines to read. Staff could not even make a hot drink! No dry towels for after our shower. A very disappointing visit and I cannot recommend it at all.
All was very nice, very remote area, but lovely facilities. The only problem I had was that the jacuzzi which was really nice and powerful including the jet ones for your back, but the pool was very tepid warm so did not make is very comfortable as you could not stay in there for too long.
The sauna and steam rooms were very spacious and lovely and new.
Would go back again, but a bit far for me to travel, but would recommend anyone going.
