We had a really relaxing day at the spa. The facilities are good the only bad thing I would say is the pool is cold so not the nicest to get into to use the Jacuzzi facilities. The staff were friendly and we received our prosecco that came with the spa day package. I have been a few times and they never over book the spa as it is quite small and could quickly become crowded.
Everything was absolutely lovely, my best friend thoroughly enjoyed her birthday gift.
We didn't receive our prosecco. Staff was nice. One of the hairdryers was broken. Gym was what you would expect in a gym. Spa was nice. Great experience.
My sister and I really enjoyed our treatments and afternoon tea but the spa itself was really cold! The hydrotherapy pool was lukewarm and you certainly wouldn’t want to stay in it for long. Some other customers complained and asked for the temperature to be turned up but were told it wasn’t possible. The changing rooms and whole spa area were cold too. A shame, because it would have been really lovely otherwise.
The place is nice and clean, the facilities are great for nice day of relaxation. The pool was wonderful as well with relaxation beds around to lie in after a swim. The staff were wonderful and very helpful with any questions I had. Fresh robes, slippers and towels at approved upon arrival and if they get soaked or wet they will offer you a fresh set to use which is nice. The atmosphere of calm made a more enjoyable experience.
