I was rather disappointed with this experience after having read many great reviews. First issue was that they did not have the colour I initially chose - which is fine, understandable. The two ladies then proceeded to pressure me into choosing an alternative colour that I advised I did not want. They did not listen to me at all. The quality of the final job on my nails was also less than good. The lady spent a long time having to tidy them up and even then it was not great.
