The therapist seemed a lovely person however she asked if I was pregnant (I recently lost 24kg so I’m not perfect but don’t have much a tummy and am very self conscious of my body anyway). During the wax she was doing HUGE sections, including near the intimate areas which made it incredibly painful - waxing isn’t fun anyway but I’ve never experienced wax pain like this before. At the end she slapped too much cream with no care, barely rubbed anything in & I noticed lots of hairs still down there

I always have such a great experience here. The nail technicians are friendly and so so talented. The space is gorgeous, modern and bright and Covid measures are well in place, keeping my mind at ease. It normally only takes 30 mins to get the most beautiful shellac manicure that lasts for weeks and weeks. Thank you team! And Merry Christmas 💅
