The staff were very friendly, and the room is spacious. The manicure itself (cuticle removal, filing) was done nicely, but unfortunately those were the only positives in my opinion. The place was dirty - tools unclean and not cleaned between customers, surfaces mucky. Just really off putting. The quality of the paint job is patchy and has various bumps/bubbles throughout. And the top coat isn’t very shiny. Not sure if it was just a bad day, or the usual, but I personally won’t be going back.

I never write bad reviews but I have to say this lady completely messed up my brows - she left one much thinner than the other and when I pointed this out, she kept telling me they were like that and she just cleaned them up. I can confirm by looking at photos taken just yesterday that they were very much balanced before and are entirely odd-looking right now. God knows how long it’s going to take me to go back to how they used to be - I’m very sorry but I can’t recommend this place at all.
