*AVOID - BURNED MY SKIN and THEY DON’T EVEN TAKE RESPONSIBILITY* I had eyebrows waxing, the wax was so hot that it burned my skin across an extensive area. Now, a month later, I have a scar and been told by the doctor to see a specialist. Worse part is that they don’t even have the decency to admit responsibility and not even give money back for the treatment - we are talking about £10! On top of this, the beautician had a cold, kept sneezing and didn’t wear a mask. Worse experience ever.
