I booked Full set of gel powder extension and my friend who is a regular customer this salon booked too but the staff told me and my friend should pay more 10 pounds each from the beginning, my friend told her when she never paid extra fee before. The staff voice wasn’t clear either.. anyway we were supposed to pay she cannot take a card, saying only cash tho.. she took a card reader in the end... so confusing salon! I was even left alone during the nail care. She went to greet another customer without any notice or saying
