Make sure you specify if you have booked an appointment through the app, the owner shouted at me and made me feel bad that she wasn’t getting her full 100% of money as she thought I was a walk in and made a scene in the shop in front of people.
Luckily Gina made up for it with an amazing manicure and great customer service, shaky start but definitely worth it in the end!

I have been here a few times and it’s always been mixed. This time it was disappointing. The manicurist was a little rushed and the shape of the nails wasn’t what I had asked for, I had varnish around my nails I had to remove & the varnish was messy around my cuticles and bumpy on some nails. It’s already starting to chip off (shellac) & it’s only been 8 days.
