Very helpful staff. I changed my booking at short notice and they accommodated me straight away. Ginka the consultant gave me advanced notice when part of the waxing may be a bit uncomfortable.
Excellent wax; extremely thorough; very professional therapist. Definitely worth the money.
The pedicure is luxurious and the prosecco is lovely but the therapist took a very long time, far longer than stated and the polish itself hasn't lasted very long.
