Very friendly staff and the spa itself is clean although could be a little more relaxing but enjoyable in any event. Great for a treatment with the girls and chatting. Staff happy to accommodate as much as possible by squeezing in a quick brow thread too.

The lady was excellent and really paid attention to detail. I was very pleased with both my mani and pedi. I thought the treatments were a little pricey, but nonetheless, the service was great!

this is my 3rd time at Images now, both previous times i have thoroughly enjoyed it. However, i must say i wasn't too pleased this time. i felt the attitude of the staff at the check out are just not very friendly this time round, it felt really uncomfortable. Not only that, the nail was lovely however, it wasn't the best manicure i've had there. I will go back and give it another chance as it's very convenient for me, but i think its hit or miss sometimes, if they can always be perfect then it would be great. i think the price and the attitude need some improvement. Other than that, the place is very clean, everything is always sanitised nicely!
