Good treatment, great choice of colours.
My only point would be that twice over the Xmas period i have arrived and had to wait as you were overbooked, and seen someone else other than I'd booked with.
I understand that you are super busy but this is a little unprofessional and may put some clients off if they aren't regulars. Staff seemed a little stressed as appointments were overlapping.
