Really professional staff and nice location. Having had some really bad experiences with lash extensions, the beautician has given me some good advice and clearly knew what she was doing. Will definitely be returning :)

Had booked in for waxing & threading. Iona did my threading & found her a bit rude as she didnât listen to what I wanted & just went doing what she wanted to do & finish her job & attend her next client. She didnât make me comfortable. And for waxing got it done by rose & she was very quick but didnât she realise she peeled my skin & it started bleeding & it still has mark. Also she charged me more money for waxing toes. The prices arenât mentioned on her website nor on treatwell. She charged me ÂŁ8 for just removing hair on my 2 toes. And over charged me for waxing hand & underarms. Wrongly charging your customer is not good for your business.

Itâs always busy which is a good sign but sadly that means you donât often get asked if you would like a drink, which would be a nice touch. Staff are friendly and very good at what they do.
