He didn't really listen to what I wanted, or if he didn't really understand he didn't clarify. The blow dry was old fashioned but I said it was fine because it is easy to rewash hair and redo it at home. However, I find the cut is uneven, bits on my neck have been missed which i couldn' see until the next day.The overall cut is shapeless.
