I had a really lovely experience. The ambiance was so nice, relaxing music, relaxing scents, absolutely no complaints. It was my first time and she was so lovely and calming. Always making sure I was comfortable. Made me feel at ease and we had a lovely chat. As for the Hollywood she did such a thorough job, she made sure I was satisfied with the job before she finished. I would definitely recommend. Amazing!

Horrendous, terrible haircut not what I asked for, and the hair treatment has ruined my hair. I'm mortified. I called to ask if there's anyway to reverse the damage and all they could suggest was that I come back for them to do it again and for longer?!! I want a refund so that I can go and get that second haircut they told me I'd need. Yep you heard right, they had so little confidence that they'd do it right that they told me I shouldn't have it cut how I wanted it so that I could get it recut
