Excellent Anna, I got an idea of how I want my hair want to look. Anna, explain to me what is possible instantly and for the subsequent treatment. She is competent and polite. The atmosphere in the salon makes me feel at home. Definitely, she will be my stylist from now.

Massage was fine, but issues with service:
- booked a 90min massage but after 35 mins the therapist ended it. I pointed out error and she carried on after checking booking. Not v relaxing & massage was consequently a bit all over the place
- No consultation at beginning to discuss areas of concern/pressure, I had to ask
- No music played so could hear noisy salon throughout. She said they only had Spotify with ads available and didn’t want to hear the ads! Salon should invest in a subscription
