It was my first time in a salon in the UK, Melinda was very attentive to what I wanted and I m so happy with the result. After almost a year at a hairdresser, I don’t regret to have chosen this salon. Would definitely recommend and will go back !

May I ask why the keratin treatment is washed out prior sealing it with heat? Those are not the steps of Brazilian blow dry. You have actually washed out the treatment and then blow dryed and straightened. The treatment steps also shows different steps than what I received. Also no oil was being applied throughout the treatment as per description of it. Now I’m realising it was done wrong. Also you should update the duration of the treatment. It says 1:45 but it nearly took 3 hours.
