Part of hair had to be coloured again as all grey hair were getting thought. second one helped but colour is still not ideal, lighter on grey roots.
Got my scalp burned, water was so hot I jumped and screamed. I believe that it was accident but water should be checked before pouring it on someone's head and saying "I'm sorry but it can happened everywhere" was not great.

Had a great cut from Lilly! I’ve been indecisive about growing my hair out or keeping it short so she gave me a trim that I’m sure will grow out really nicely if I do let it grow. Happy to find a nice salon really close to me. Would recommend!
