Mel is so patient and really took her time she didn't rush this very invasive procedure & her treatment room is immaculate. She made sure I was happy at every stage from the shape to the procedure itself. I highly recommend her, she is so professional and my eyebrows are stunning. she even gives you aftercare cream. I realised the next day that my eyebrows needed a tiny bit more tweaking and Mel said she will see me again to make sure i'm 100% happy. THANKS MEL x

Melissa is brilliant! She knows what she is doing and what she is talking about. Advised me on different lash styles and lengths. I was comfortable, relaxed and it was all done in 40min (half set). My lashes are gorgeous! So natural looking! Im very happy and intend to be a regular customer.
