Melissa is brilliant! She only offers lashes treatments and therefore specialises specifically in this skill. I have never had lash extensions before and she explained the process to me and took the time to find what shape would be best for me (including scrolling through Facebook photos of my face....!)
She is fab at her job and just a fab person in general. I will definitely be rebooking! :-)

I usually have the individual eyelashes but tried the Russian volume and I am addicted already!
