Meriel was exceptionally outstanding! She gently but knowledgeably supported me today to get rid of the tension and accumulated stress build up in my body. I loved her holistic approach and how she took the time to run me through all the massage phases, how she asked me what I needed and felt like today and how she respectfully handled my body. She also spend some extra time asking me how I felt after the massage ended and she suggested other things I could to to maintain/ work of less strong
