This was my first visit to this Massage therapist. I have seen several others in the past due to ongoing issues with my back and neck. I was very impressed with the setup, a dedicated space in the basement serves as the treatment room. Kate was very knowledgeable and was able to identify and release troublesome areas easily.
This was a very professional and pleasant experience, and I will definitely be back!

Recently relocated to Stockbridge, Edinburgh. If Knot Now, Then When is all set up and ready to go again.
Working from my home-based studio allows me to offer plenty of availability for a range of specialised massages, including Sports Massage, Indian Head Massage and Lymphatic Drainage.
When I'm not massaging, I'm usually found reading psychology. I'm particularly interested in how stress can impact us both physically and mentally. I'm currently training to become a counsellor. So whether you need quiet time, a chat, or someone to listen during your massage, you're in safe hands.
