I enjoy having regular facials and have had many here and abroad. I can honestly say John was up there with some of the best I've had. He was friendly, explained everything properly. The treatment itself was great - he took care with every step of the process, and made me feel so relaxed.
Also, the pressure was spot on, I've often find facials too gentle for my taste but this was perfect.
I have already booked my next treatment, and will definitely go back for more!

Treatment was relaxing, probably wanted a little more pressure but the heat from the stones was revitalizing. It would have been nice if the treatment included the legs and feet also.

i have been to ian several times now for massages but it was my first time going to ian for a facial would ian be able to transfer his massage skills onto a facial? oh yes he can! the facial was gorgeous very relaxing and my skin felt wonderfull afterwards with no breakouts from the products
i enjoyed ian massaging in the products and the hot towel felt gorgeous on my skin
there s nothing that i can say that he could improve and i definatly would have a facial again

went to ian today with my shoulders an neck stiff as a board, had a neck back and shoulder massage, as usual came out feeling so much better, thank you ian.
we now have a loyalty card and as ive had five treatments, my next one is free, such value for money, and excellent treatments always .

yet again another amazing treatment from ian, this time i had a facial but i have to say it was so much more than just a facial, as always i came out feeling so relaxed and my skin felt amazing, such good value for money,ian never fails to make you feel at ease and you never feel rushed in anyway. thank you ian. i have already booked my next appiontment . :) :)
