I visited Ian John holistics on valentines day as I had a voucher for my birthday. I had the chocolate back massage which was lovely. I have to say that it was one of the best massages that I have ever had (and I have had quite a few.) I felt comfortable and welcomed from the moment I arrived and I left feeling totally relaxed. I would definitelyreccomend a visit here!

I went to visit Ian in January 2013, for Hopi candle treatment, I have very bad sinuses which was giving me headaches.
I was extremely satisfied with the treatment and he made me feel relaxed, Ian explained everything and was very professional.
The treatment completely cleared my headaches and im feeling so much better.
What was a pleasant surprise was I also got a neck, shoulder and face massage, which was lovely and don't think other places would include that.
Im looking forward to my next treatment

I totally loved this treatment. I didn’t want a pedicure, I wanted my feet to be pampered and nourished since I can paint my own toe nails. Foot spa, scrub then the ultimate pamper began. I had feet and even my calves gently massaged, taking away the tension then perfectly finished with the hot stones between my toes. Having a treatment just for the toes for a whole hour was the ultimate foot experience.
I have been seeiing Ian for massages and "Body Blasts" for qute a few years, particularly when feeling "woundup", tense and stressed.
His personable, professional approach, and the most wonderful treatments certainly do the trick!!
