Fantastic waxing session with little unecessary pain. I was kept well informed during the whole process. Plus, conversation flowed well to keep me from thinking about any pain.

Ian does the best massage ever - I've had lots of massages at various Spas but Ian's excels all of these. He takes the time to find out your needs and preferences and to explain everything first. The Aromatgerapy oils he mixes up for you personally are amazing and I had the best nights sleep I've had in years after my massage. He really is a rare find. Just amazing.
