Excellent really put at ease by Ian, he did a great job and really took his time. As mentioned previously he really wants to give the client the best experience and value for money. I was even texted the day after to make sure everything was ok. I will definately return, finding exceptional customer service, value for money and great treatments is a rare find,well done.

I had a Back ,Shoulder and Neck massage combination treatment with a Thai foot massage.
Ive had several previous massages and none come close to the way Ian welcomed me, put me at ease and the expertise he showed.
Ians treatment room was as warm and welcoming as he is.
He was attentive and thorough.
I felt like he really cared that I got 100% from the therapy and did not rush me or hurry his treatment.
Ian clearly cares about each individual client and I left feeling on top of the world.
I will most definately be returning & cannot recommend Ian enough to others.

I've been coming to Ian for a number of years. The reason is he styles your whole facial according to your needs. His massage technique is wonderfull and extremely relaxing. I did find that my headache went away The facial was wonderful and my skin looked really good Would I go back of course. I've bought an evoucher for his new skin range and plan to have a facial with his tropic products.
