They didnt know which service i came for. It took some time for the staff to get ready. It was not a detailed manicure pedicure, cuticles were not removed. However the staff was nice & positive.

The hot stone massage with Jess was very good, the room was a little cold but I was given an extra blanket during the treatment and Jess made sure I was comfortable.

Great choice of times to book on the app pretty last minute.
There was a cancellation and they got in touch promptly to ask if Id like to come earlier.
Jess was great, asked if there were any spots she needed to concentrate on. Also rather reasonable indeed for a 1 hour massage!
Would revisit.
