I had my first laser tattoo removal appointment with Valerie today and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She was so friendly and easy to talk to, which really helped calm my nerves. She explained everything properly, made sure I was comfortable the whole time, and was just genuinely lovely throughout.
