Extremely lovely beautician, she used high quality wax and was precise with the brazilian. Eyebrow threading was also extremely good, however a little thinner than I'd requested. I did receive a voicemail prior to my appointment advising that my pre-booked appt time/date wasn't available, and then another advising it was all okay. I had to call to clarify, which was somewhat confusing. Definitely recommend their service :-)

I had a Brazilian wax which was great. The member of staff doing the wax was very professional and very thorough, she asked me to check after the wax for any hairs, which I thought was great. She was kind and we chatted throughout and she gave some helpful advice on after care. I also had my eyebrows threaded and I felt this treatment was a little rushed and the therapist missed a few hairs which I had to pluck when I got home. Overall though it was a great experience and I'll be going back.
