The saloon looks like a jumble sale down stairs. Not a great first impression. Front door was locked rang the bell and phoned several times before eventually let in. No apology. Had to ask for a glass of water. Place is very dusty. Can see a substantial layer of dust on sockets and skirting boards. Toilet seat is cracked.
The treatments were good I was happy with the end result but the saloon, cleanliness and not welcoming me on time (being locked out) ruined the whole experience. Eroded the luxury element! A real shame. I won't go back.

the staff are always really friendly and helpful, they always check that you are happy with the services and will accommodate you if you want something done a bit differently, i think the prices for some of the services are great but with others are a bit high compared to some other nail salons but i do keep going back as i know that they value their customers unlike some other salons but there are other salons which are more specialized for nails but charge the same
